This is my version of how to make Mrs Maisel’s pleated ribbon cocktail hat from her holiday in the Catskills. I will go over a vintage millinery technique of making wire frame base hats, types of wire coverings, and of course how to pleat petersham ribbon. As usual I’ll give you some variations to try.
